Balanças Marques (USA, France, Germany) - Press Release: Balanças Marques, the Portuguese leader in the weighing area, participated this January in two important international fairs, which took place simultaneously on both sides of the Atlantic, the NRF in New York and Europain in Paris.

The NRF, considered the largest retail fair in the world, was held from 12 to 14 January in New York, in the United States. This was the first participation of the Portuguese company in this event. “NRF brings together the most visionary technology for a constantly evolving sector and we, as the best weighing company in the world, could not miss the call!”, says Paulo Marques, Commercial Director of Balanças Marques, elected the number one weighing company in the world in the Weighing Review Awards 2019.
“Our balance of the fair is extremely positive”, continues Paulo Marques, “we received immense visitors at our stand from different countries across the American continent, from North, South and Central America. We feel that our scales have created a great impact and we now hope to continue some good contacts made”. Guaranteed is the company's presence in the 2021 edition.
Europain also has a positive balance:

Simultaneously with the NRF, Balanças Marques also participated in Europain, one of the main world fairs dedicated to the sectors of pastry, bakery and catering, which was held in Paris from 11 to 14 January, event in which the company is already a regular presence.

Rafael Barbosa, Export Manager at Balanças Marques, makes a very positive balance of the participation. "This fair is always an excellent opportunity to show to our customers and dealers some of our new products and and to establish several interesting contacts with potential new customers, mainly European and North African". Being a highly targeted event for professionals working in sectors that use weighing equipment or points of sale, “we managed to reach many more potential users of our products and increase the recognition of our brand in the French market, which is our greatest market and where we have grown the most”, concludes Rafael Barbosa.

Germany is the destination of February:

The February agenda already contains two more important international fairs, both to be held in Germany. Between 5th and 7th, Balanças Marques participates in Berlin at Fruit Logistica, the meeting point par excellence for all business areas related to fresh products. And from 16 to 20 February, the company goes to Düsseldorf, where the Euroshop takes place, another major world fair dedicated to the retail trade.
