General Measure brings the Online Service to Client

General Measure Technology Co. Ltd. (China) - Press Release: During the special period regarding Coronavirus in China, for better serving our clients and propelling their project, General Measure decided to work from home since 2020.02.03 after Chinese Springing Festival.

On February 6th, General Measure organized an online training about Weighing Indicator for Famsun Group. This online meeting lasted for nearly two and a half hours, which was aimed to share the common knowledge and frequent problem shooting for client’s engineers. There are more than 70 people participating in and highly evaluating the training.

This training was about 5 parts: Company Profile, FAQ of Weighing Indicator, the Introduction of Weighing Transmitter M02, the Introduction of GM8804C3 Debugging, and finally the Q&A part. From a technical perspective, GM’s engineers shared common problem solving and debugging analysis of the indicator to Famsun’s engineers, as well as the advantages and features of M02 from a practical application perspective. After sharing, Famsun’s engineers raised many problems they encountered at different project sites, which were efficiently resolved by our engineer online.

General Measure is very pleased to hold this online training to clients in such a special period. And we are confident to bring more and better online service to enhance clients experience and make business on track.
