OAS AG (Germany) - For a renowned German construction company, OAS realises a custom-fit scales solution for the loading process in an existing asphalt mixing plant of this company.

The particular challenge of this project is the integration of a pair of truck scales underneath an existing loading line of the asphalt mixing plant. With our special flat scales EFL, we can best address the individual and particular requirements here.

Special features of our flat truck scales of the type EFL:

The bridge parts of a total size of 18 x 7.90 m are individually manufactured to completely cover the loading situation (3 loading silos) at the customer's. In particular the flat mounting height of the truck scales of only 30 cm provides for varied freedom of design regarding the integration into the existing loading line.

Realisation of this scales solution leads to an optimised loading process. This way, special overloads (or even falling short of the required quantity) can be detected early and avoided. This accelerates the entire delivery process and prevents disruptions of the tightly clocked sequence especially in peak times.
