All-Fill Inc. (United States) - All-Fill, Inc, a leading manufacturer of packaging machinery, is seeking an Accounts Receivable associate. This Accounts Receivable employee will assist in ensuring that the company receives payment for goods and services offered to clients.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Processing, verifying, and posting receipts for goods sold or services rendered.
• Creates invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers.
• Maintains and updates customer files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions.
• Drafts correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections, identifies delinquent accounts by reviewing files, and contacts delinquent accountholders to request payment.
• Creates reports regarding the current status of customer accounts as requested.
• Assists in generating monthly billing statements based on general ledger.
• Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and  contacting clients to discuss their accounts.
• Assists in reconciling revenue accounts.
• Copies, files, and retrieves materials for accounts receivable as needed.
• Relays changes of information to appropriate employees.
• Keeps inventory of the office supplies for entire office and places order when needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as well as other accounting software programs.
• Ability to operate related office equipment, such as computers, calculator, scanner, and copier.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

There are no supervisory responsibilities for this role.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment with a manufacturing facility. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop, photocopiers and smartphones.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a Full-Time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting preferred.
• At least two years of related experience preferred.
