Kice Industries (United States) - The position manages and/or oversees all activities related to Level I orders at Kice Industries.

Essential Functions:

• Fully manages all Level I orders from order date to ship date.
• Leads kick-off meetings with all parties involved – sales, customer, OEM supply manager, scheduling, design, manufacturing and shipping.
• Gathers all information required for efficient and accurate order fulfillment.
• Builds orders within Kice’s systems and organizes data to the benefit of Kice’s production process.
• Acts as the single point of contact during the life of the order.
• Gains clear understanding of expectations from the customer and ensures that Kice meets and exceeds them.
• Occasional travel to meet with customers and gain field experience.
• Learn and apply the basics of pneumatic conveying, dust control, aspiration and other material handling systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management or other industrial field.
• 3-5 years of experience managing orders in a custom-engineered products environment is preferred. Other experience to be considered would include project management in the construction industry.
• Experience working inside an ERP software system and understanding of drafting software, preferably SolidWorks.
