Job Offer By Loma Systems - Sales Application Specialist

Loma Systems (United States) - Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager the role holder is responsible for reviewing orders received from a commercial and technical aspect as well as assessing applications for equipment proposals. The position will act as a central coordinator supporting the smooth transition of orders through the business.


  • Primarily assessing applications and specifying correct products for equipment proposals / sales, and incoming orders for correct machine technical specification and commercial details  
  • Electronic entry of order details and written acknowledgement of orders to the customer
  • Ensuring customer requirements are fully understood and support LOMA strategy
  • Facilitate effective communication with LOMA customers, field sales team, distributors and internal functions, e.g. engineering, relating to the completion of customer orders and resolution of application / delivery issues
  • Calculation of product costing and preparation of proposals via e-commerce and telesales
  • Conduct and assist with product testing to validate application details against order requirements
  • Conduct customer visits in support of the field sales team when required

Position Requirements:


  • Engineering background (preferably degree level) to understand customer documents and translate into Loma product requirements.
  • Enthusiastic, self motivated and able to manage own workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills applied confidently at all levels in the organisation internally and externally.
  • Hands on approach to getting tasks done with a desire to make a difference.
  • Proficient in using related software e.g. Microsoft Office Excel to high level.  
  • High attention to detail


  • Microsoft D365 Experience
