OAS AG (Germany) - For a global player in the production of paints and plaster, OAS has developed a production line for solid and liquid components. Our customer required a newly designed line for its production. This should not only allow for a homogeneous production to prevent any mixing but also require little maintenance and cleaning.

With the implementation of this line OAS has supported not only the processing of different solid and liquid components but also their storage, transport, weighing, and dosing. Several silos were installed to store the feedstock. The homogeneous transport into the processing dissolver has been realised with pneumatic systems and dosing augers. This line is controlled by the manufacturing execution system (MES) pronto developed by OAS.

Now, our customer's products can be produced and delivered in the known quality with the required precision and without waiting times.
