In addition to the proven accuracy class C3 according to OIML R60 with a maximum number of 3,000 graduation values in verifiable applications, C4 load cells complete the range. For some uses, however, this is not sufficient and in order to be able to offer our customers the best possible results, we also have high-precision load cells of accuracy class C6 according to OIML R60 in our delivery program. As part of a service contract, we take over the measurement equipment monitoring for our customers. Don't miss a calibration date and always have suitable measuring equipment available. These are not only legal requirements but also requirements of most quality management systems. In addition, measuring equipment, properly checked and used, contributes to customer satisfaction. The well thought-out use of scales and weighing technology ensures structured processes in the production process, during order picking and in quality assurance.

Scales for all areas of application also include the food industry, chemical industry and ATEX areas. Most of our products can also be purchased in stainless steel and ATEX approvals are available for many products. With the load cells in particular, attention must be paid to a high IP protection class. While load cells with a degree of protection of IP65 are sufficient in normal industrial applications, IP68 will be used in particular in the food industry. On request, we also offer load cells in IP69K, the highest protection class. While IP65 only offers protection against water jets, IP68 offers protection against permanent immersion.

Hygiene is an extremely important topic in the food industry. The cleaning of the work equipment, including the scales, is of great importance. Weighing technology with an IP protection rating of 65 is by no means sufficient here. The nature of a floor scale is also crucial for such areas of application. There is no doubt that only stainless steel is possible here. However, it should also be possible to clean the platform thoroughly. A removable platform is therefore imperative and is of course also offered by us. To round off the offer, we offer the stainless steel platform in high-resolution C6 quality.
