UTILCELL expands the Capacity Range of its MODEL 420 Load Cell Starting from 1 Ton

Utilcell (Spain) - Press Release: At UTILCELL, we have developed a new 1-ton (1 t) version of our Model 420 compression load cell. This range extension responds to market demands for precise, compact, and durable weighing solutions for lower-capacity applications, without compromising the high performance of the original model.

The Model 420 is widely used in tank and silo weighing systems thanks to its compact design, easy installation, and excellent performance in demanding environments. With this new capacity, we now meet the needs of applications that require the same robustness and reliability at lower load ranges, maintaining:

  • C2 accuracy class (2000 divisions OIML R60)
  • Fully welded stainless steel construction
  • IP68 and IP69K protection, ideal for harsh and high-humidity environments
  • Compatibility with ATEX zones

The 1-ton version retains all the technical advantages of the model, such as high mechanical strength and excellent thermal behavior, ensuring stable and accurate readings under all conditions.

With this launch, we reaffirm our commitment to providing versatile, durable, and tailored weighing solutions to meet the specific needs of our customers.
