Excell Precision Co., Ltd. (Malaysia) - EXCELL announced that Rubberflex, the world's largest manufacturer of top quality rubber thread, adopts EXCELL's next-generation Batching and Checkweighing controller and indicator, 150S (EX2005) for batch weighing control and management in all its plants.

Rubber threads, used in various industries such as sportswear and undergarments, are made from natural latex extracted from rubber trees. It is only through a complex manufacturing process that raw latex can be processed into its thread variant. The whole process requires a special kind of technical skill and knowledge, where natural rubber is weighted in the rubber mixer and the mixing process has to be uniformly and homogeneously.

150S is of DC12V~24V power supply design, with built-in full duplex RS-232C or RS-485 serial interface. The built-in MODBUS RTU format can be easily connected with any Human Machine Interface (HMI) and PLC. All function setups and calibration can be done through the keyboard or RS232/RS485 Modbus RTU. It is designed for wide applications for selections of batching control systems, such as single or multiple materials auto portioning, mixing, discharging, batching, etc. Easy-to-use with PLC, HMI or connection with computer.
