Mason Technology Ltd. (Ireland) - Mason Technology is a wholly owned Irish company established in 1780, the principle activities are the distribution and supply of analytical, laboratory and weighing instruments and offers a comprehensive after sales service.

Marketing Manager:

Mason Technology is recruiting a B2B Marketing Manager who will have responsibilities for the running of the marketing function with a view to increasing sales and market penetration. This new role reporting to Head of Sales and Marketing, is responsible for growing top line sales and brand awareness. This position will develop the Marketing & Growth strategies, with export into new markets being a key factor of the role. This role will be based in the Leinster area with a requirement to travel nationwide and overseas.


  • Defining and driving the full Marketing Strategy for the Company’s products and services.
  • Development of the Mason Technology digital marketing strategy.
  • Devising and rolling out targeted marketing activity to generate new revenue streams and new customers – working to continually grow the business, which is a market leader in its industry.
  • Responsible for the successful penetration of international markets. Develop a sustainable strategy to ‘Get off the Island’.
  • Updating all communication platforms from the website to social media channels, brochureware, content development and management, development of case studies and white papers, PR, event management (seminars, exhibitions to promotional events) through to data analytics and reporting on ROI.
  • Promotion and launching of new products and service offering.
  • Building awareness for the full suite of brands we represent in the market.
  • Liaising closely with our main suppliers to ensure each brands’ messaging is correctly aligned.
  • Working cross functionally across the business.
  • Support Head of Sales & Marketing.
  • Key project team member for the selection and implementation of a new CRM/ERP platform.


  • The successful candidate will have 5-7 years previous marketing management experience within a B2B capacity.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing company digital strategy.
  • Ability to identify and capture new business revenue opportunities.
  • Must be able to build upon tactical ideas and think strategically about a brand or business.
  • Commercially aware with knowledge of the Scientific sector.
  • Proactive in the development of new markets both domestic and international.
  • Has deep understanding of local markets & competitive landscape.
  • Ability to manage time and tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong customer service skills with attention to detail.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
